Gerhard Ulrich

Has had an active job career and conducted the life of a model citizen, when he was experiencing him-self the betrayal by the judges of his own country in the year 2000 as a 55 years old man. He accepted the challenge and founded the civic action group APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE, whose objective is the clean-up of the judiciary apparatus, needing urgently a control from the outside.

The author is sweeping off the claim of virginity of the corporation of judges and their henchmen and presents a requital about the largely prevailing judiciary ‘banditism’ in the pretended constitutional state of Switzerland, which is covered tacitly by the federal cronyism, including the politics and the mass media. He is designating the today’s judicial system to be an obsolete soviet model. He is exploiting the experiences of an unselfish struggle against the judiciary arbitrary which has gone on for years. He can rely on a rich archive and voluminous Internet publications, which are partly secured historically. There are documented and commented selected judiciary scandals for the posterity.

The blind thirst of revenge of the judges has taken Ulrich for four years into jail. The brain laundry was inefficient and the man is not frustrated. With these Memories, the author is continuing as a maturing man to take care of that crop in the public interest. Since the Swiss High Federal Court and the European Court of Human Rights are falsifying the History, the first one sending back the submitted evidences to the robbed applicants and Strasbourg by simply destroying such files, the author has the desire that this explicit testimony about our contemporary events will motivate Historians to analyse critically the evil practices of today’s judicial system.

Aufmarsch der angeketteten Partisanentruppe
Group of partisans of APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE locked in on a chain in the evening of July 13, 2004 in front of the luxury private residence of the federal judge Roland Max Schneider. Because of such home visits, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office has triggered off in vain a trial against the author of this book at the Federal Penal Court in Bellinzona, lasting for years.
